Motorized Retractable Screen Warranty
Our Phantom Executive motorized retractable screen systems
have a limited lifetime warranty on all aluminum components
and hardware.
Our primary motorized screen mesh is Twitchell's Super Screen.
It is a premium polyester (not fiberglass!) material that carries a
10 year factory limited warranty. We also offer dozens of other
mesh colors and styles that offer different warranty lengths
(please consult your New Horizons rep for details).
The electrical motors are all warranted for a period of five years,
and the electronic components such as microwave transmitters
and receivers for a period of one year. All labor is warranted for a
period of two years.
