Limited Product Warranty
We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all parts and mechanisms on all of its retractable
screen systems to be free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty
expressly excludes the screen itself. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser,
whose name appears on the warranty certificate and is in effect at the location also
shown on the warranty certificate. This warranty applies only to residential installations
and is not transferable. The word “defect (s)” as used in this warranty, is defined as
imperfections that impair the functionality of the retractable system. Implied warranty of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the terms of this
warranty. The lifetime warranty is for all aluminum parts and Powder Coating. This does
not cover the cost of labor, applicable taxes, shipping or other consequential expenses
related to the removal, return or reinstallation. The Warranty shall not apply if the product
has been subject to abuse, fire, flood misuse, negligence, modification, corrosive
environments, vandalism, or acts of God.
